Website and Brand Scope · Prepared for

Immerspa

Sean VanAman · President · St. George, Ontario

Two things, and they are priced together on purpose. A new immerspa.com, one page at one address, built clean in thirty days with search and AI optimization in it from day one, and handed to you with every login in your own name. Then a monthly program that builds your personal brand and your buyer avatar, runs your private portal, edits, animates, captions and publishes what you shoot, and keeps the site earning its place in search.

Part one · one time

The Website

$4,997

One URL, one landing page, built new and live in thirty days, provided your feedback comes back within three business days each time we show you a round. Search and AI optimization are part of the build. This price is only available with the program in part two.

Part two · monthly, six months

Personal Brand, Social and Organic Search

$2,497/month

Personal brand strategy, brand avatar, private portal, social production and publishing, and organic search and AI optimization, bundled at $2,497 against $5,994 a month at list.

01 / What's included

Six pieces, itemized.

The first two pieces are the website and the search work that ships inside it. The other four are the monthly program. Everything in here runs off the positioning we already locked together in the sprint: the only inground hot tub that arrives turn-key, factory plumbed, jetted and pressure tested, and the six weeks it saves a contractor.

01
Website · one time

The Website

One page at immerspa.com that does the whole job a buyer needs it to do, built new rather than patched into the current install.

  • One address, one page, and one clear path from landing to a pricing request or a phone call
  • Written on the locked positioning, so the turn-key story and the six weeks lead everything
  • The three collections presented plainly: modern and traditional inground spas, cocktail pools, and cold plunge, each with a way to ask for pricing
  • The five day install walked through step by step, because that is the objection a homeowner has before they have said it
  • A contractor and dealer section that asks for the partnership instead of hiding it behind a contact form
  • Owner proof, photos and video pulled from the library you already have, arranged so the product sells itself
  • Get Pricing form wired to your HubSpot, so every lead lands where your sales process already lives
  • Built mobile first and tested on a phone before you see it, because that is where most of your buyers will read it
  • Staged at a private link you can click through, with your feedback folded in before anything is public
  • Delivered into accounts in Immerspa's name: the domain stays yours, and the hosting, analytics and admin logins we set up are handed to you, with nothing held by us

Organic Search and AI Optimization

The site is built to be found by Google and quoted by the assistants people now ask instead of Google. The setup ships with the build and the upkeep runs inside the monthly.

Built into the website
  • One correct name, address and phone on the page, because right now the web shows Immerspa in three different towns
  • Title, description and heading structure written for what people type when they want an inground hot tub, a cocktail pool or a cold plunge
  • Structured data for the organization, the collections and the questions buyers ask, so search engines can read what Immerspa is
  • Entity data and clean crawler access, including an llms.txt file, so ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's own answers can read you properly
  • Google Search Console and Google Analytics set up in Immerspa's own accounts, with you as owner
  • A dated baseline of what the AI assistants and Google say today when somebody asks who makes a turn-key inground hot tub in Canada
Every month, inside the program
  • Technical health of the page checked and fixed as the platforms change underneath it
  • Page copy and sections tuned around what Search Console shows people actually searching
  • The AI visibility baseline re-run so you can see who gets named and whether it is you
  • A written monthly readout in plain language on positions, impressions, clicks and AI citations
03
Monthly program

Personal Brand Strategy

Immerspa has a position now. This is the work of putting you in front of it, so the person a contractor or a homeowner hears from is the president who builds the thing.

  • A full brand study of you, separate from the company brand, and how the two support each other
  • Competitive landscape across the brands you actually lose deals to, on the contractor side and the homeowner side
  • Your category and positioning statement as the president of Immerspa, built on the turn-key story we locked
  • Your unique differentiator, defined and defensible
  • Emotional attributes and perception targets, what people should feel after thirty seconds with you
  • Voice, tone and messaging framework, so captions and scripts sound like you and not like an agency
  • Your core stories, the handful you repeat until the market repeats them back
  • Your full Brand OS document, built first and reviewed as the work runs
04
Monthly program

Brand Avatar

We use real third party data to model your buyer. You have two of them, and they are treated as two pieces of work.

  • The contractor and dealer avatar, the partner whose time you save, modeled and documented
  • The homeowner avatar, the sanctuary owner you make memories for, modeled and documented
  • Third party syndicated consumer and lifestyle panels behind both
  • Psychographic profiling: values, motivations and status drivers
  • Demographic and household modeling by region and price band, across Canada and the US markets you ship to
  • Buying triggers and objections for each avatar, mapped to the content that answers them
  • Platform and consumption behavior per avatar, so we post where each of them actually looks
  • Both avatars written into the Brand OS, and your content topics, and how much of each we post, come out of them
05
Monthly program

Private Portal

Your own portal, installed as an app on your phone. It is where the prompt lands, where you upload, and where the numbers live.

  • A prompt every morning, written from your content topics, telling you what to look for in a normal day at the shop or on an install
  • Upload straight from the app, thirty to sixty second clips, no editing and no captions on your side
  • If you uploaded it, we treat it as approved, so nothing sits waiting in your inbox
  • Every post that went out, visible in one place, with the analytics beside it
  • Analytics read for you every month and explained, down to which topics are pulling
  • Prompts rewritten around whatever the numbers say is winning
  • The Slack channel we already share stays the working conversation
06
Monthly program

Social Storytelling

You shoot on your phone. We edit, animate, caption and publish what you send, the same way we run it for every other client on the program, and it runs all month rather than in bursts.

  • Your content topics and how much of each we post, built from the Brand OS and both avatars
  • Editing on what you send: cuts, color, sound and pacing
  • Animation and motion graphics where they earn their place: product callouts, the five day install as a sequence, the six weeks made visual
  • Captions, on-screen text, hooks and covers written and designed for you
  • Copywriting for every post, in the voice from your Brand OS
  • Published to the Immerspa accounts on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with the contractor story pointed at LinkedIn and the homeowner story at the other two
  • Hashtags, posting times and the calendar handled for you
  • No AI-generated video or voice on your accounts, because a buyer has to trust it is you
02 / How it runs

Thirty days to the website, with the program starting the same week.

The website and the brand work run side by side rather than one after the other, because the site needs the voice and the pillars, and the social needs somewhere to send people. The thirty days assumes your feedback comes back within three business days each time we show you something. If it takes longer, the date moves by the same amount and nothing else changes. The week ranges below are how it usually runs rather than fixed dates; the thirty day target is the commitment.

Step 01
Week one

Kickoff, access and the brand study

Two hours with you on your unique identifiers, your emotional attributes and what this should build toward. The same week we send one checklist for access: domain registrar, hosting, HubSpot, Google, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. The website clock starts when that access lands.

Step 02
Weeks one to two

Website design, and the brand and avatar work

You see the page as a staged link you can click through on your phone, and you tell us what is wrong with it. In the background the positioning becomes your personal Brand OS and the third party data pull models both avatars.

Step 03
Weeks two to four

Build, feedback rounds, and the portal goes live

The page is built out with your feedback folded in, the HubSpot form is tested with a real inquiry, and the search and AI setup goes on underneath it. Your portal is installed on your phone in this window, the first prompt lands, and the first posts go out while the site is still being finished.

Step 04
Day thirty

immerspa.com goes live

Provided each round of feedback has come back within three business days, and you have approved the final round, the new page goes live at immerspa.com. Search Console and Analytics are confirmed in your name, the AI baseline is recorded, and the logins we set up are handed over. That is the end of the one-time work.

Step 05
Every month

The program

A prompt each morning, publishing across the month from what you send, the site's search and AI health kept up, and one written readout a month covering social and search together. We get on a call each month to look at what ran, what to push next, and anything changing in the business that should show up in the prompts.

Step 06
Day ninety, then month six

Review, then the term ends

Ninety days is the first formal review, which is our first proper checkpoint on the numbers once a rhythm has been running. At the end of month six the minimum term is done and the program carries on month to month for as long as it is earning its keep.

03 / What we need from you

About two hours a week from you, plus your logins.

You are the only person who can be you on camera, so that part stays with you. The editing, the publishing and the website build sit with us.

Your side

Roughly two hours a week
  • Read your prompt each morning so you know what to look for that day
  • Shoot short clips on your phone at the shop, on installs and with partners, thirty to sixty seconds, no editing
  • Upload straight from the portal app
  • Answer each website review within three business days so the thirty days holds
  • Send the access on the checklist in week one, and confirm you own the domain login
  • Tell us when a deal closes, a mold ships or a partner signs, so we can steer

You never write a caption, schedule a post or touch the website's code.

Our side

Everything else
  • The website designed, written, built, tested and put live at immerspa.com
  • Search and AI optimization built into the page, then kept up every month
  • Your personal Brand OS, positioning and voice
  • Both avatars modeled from third party data
  • Every prompt written and scheduled to your portal
  • All editing, animation, captions, copywriting, design and covers
  • Publishing to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Analytics read for you and explained every month, and prompts rewritten around the winners
  • A monthly call, and one written readout on social and search together

The current site stays exactly as it is until the new page is tested and you have signed it off.

A contractor asks an assistant who makes a drop-in hot tub that arrives already plumbed. The work here is making Immerspa the answer they get, and making you the person they see explaining it that evening.

Whether they type it into Google or ask out loud

Same date each month, automatically

Five more payments of $2,497, so the six month commitment totals $19,979 including the website. After month six it carries on month to month with thirty days notice to stop.

Not included at any price in this scope: the online shop and product-by-product catalog pages, the blog, cleanup or hosting of the current WordPress install, paid advertising and ad spend, and studio production. Anything on that list gets its own scope and its own number if you want it. Because the new page is one page, we agree with you before launch what happens to the existing shop, catalog and blog addresses, and they are not rebuilt under this scope.

Start the build and the program

Service Agreement and Resource Reservation

By submitting payment, Client agrees to the following terms. This payment constitutes a binding service agreement between Client and Qinary Corporation, an Arizona corporation ("Company"). Upon execution of this agreement, a dedicated team is assembled and assigned to Client's account. All fees are billed in advance to reserve team capacity and production resources, and payment is due in full regardless of utilization. Non-participation, including missed meetings, unanswered communications, or failure to submit required materials, does not constitute grounds for cancellation, pause, credit or refund. All fees are stated and charged in United States dollars.

The Two Parts and How They Are Billed

This agreement has two parts. Part one is a one-time website build fee of $4,997. Part two is a monthly program fee of $2,497 per month with a minimum term of six consecutive months. On execution Client pays $7,494, being the website fee and the first month of the program together, and $2,497 is then charged automatically on the same date in each following month, or on the last day of a shorter month. The six month commitment therefore totals $19,979 including the website fee. The website fee of $4,997 is a bundled price offered only together with the six month program and is not available on its own.

Minimum Term and Cancellation

The program requires a minimum commitment of six consecutive monthly payments. Following the initial term, the program continues on a month-to-month basis and requires thirty days written notice prior to the next billing date to cancel. Early termination during the initial term requires payment of all remaining months in the commitment period, because the website fee was priced on that commitment.

Scope, Part One: The Website

Part one covers the design, copywriting and build of one landing page at one URL, immerspa.com, including a pricing request form connected to Client's HubSpot account, staged review rounds, launch, and the search and AI optimization setup described above: structured data, entity data and crawler access, Google Search Console and Google Analytics configured in Client's own accounts, and a dated baseline of AI assistant and search answers. The page, and the hosting, analytics and search accounts Company sets up for it, are delivered into accounts owned by Client. Access held by third parties to Client's existing site or services is outside Company's control. The specific sections, copy and imagery are agreed during the staged reviews and form part of this scope.

Scope, Part Two: The Program

Part two covers personal brand strategy and the Brand OS document, brand avatar modeling for the contractor and homeowner audiences, the private client portal with daily prompts and analytics, social production and publishing on Client's Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts including editing, animation, captions, copywriting, design and scheduling, ongoing organic search and AI optimization of the website, a monthly call and a monthly written readout. Client generates the raw video and photo content. Company edits, animates, captions and publishes it.

Not Included

Excluded from both parts and available only under a separate scope and fee: the online shop, checkout and product-by-product catalog pages, the blog and any content beyond the single landing page, cleanup, remediation or hosting of the existing WordPress installation, paid advertising management and advertising spend, public relations, additional platforms, studio production, and any additional website, brand or business. Third-party tools, hosting and services that Client does not already hold are billed at cost and agreed ahead of time.

Website Timeline and Feedback

The target for the website is thirty days from the later of cleared payment and Company's receipt of working access to Client's domain, hosting, HubSpot, Google and social accounts. That target assumes Client returns feedback on each staged review within three business days. Feedback received later than that extends the target by the same number of days. Delays caused by Client, by third-party platforms or by missing access do not reduce fees or extend the minimum term. The current website remains in place until the new page has been reviewed and approved by Client for launch. The existing shop, catalog and blog pages are outside this scope; before launch Company and Client will agree in writing what happens to those addresses.

Approvals

Material uploaded by Client to the content portal is treated as approved for publication. Company writes captions and copy on Client's behalf and publishes on the agreed calendar without a separate approval step. The new page goes live only after Client has approved the final review round in writing. Feedback received after three business days extends the thirty day target by the same number of days rather than authorizing launch.

Access and Client Responsibilities

Client is responsible for providing registrar, DNS, hosting, HubSpot, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn access, for the accuracy of business facts, addresses, products, prices and claims supplied to Company, and for confirming that Client holds the login to its own domain. Company will back up the existing site before replacing it. Company is not responsible for pre-existing defects, security compromises, hosting limitations or platform restrictions on the existing site, and will document rather than resolve any such limitation outside this scope.

Results

Search engines, AI assistants and social platforms are third-party systems that Company does not control. Rankings, impressions, clicks, AI citations, reach, followers and lead volume depend on factors outside this engagement, including competition, market conditions and platform changes. Services are provided on a best-effort professional basis and no specific ranking, placement, reach or result is guaranteed. Search results typically take several weeks to reflect changes, and ninety days is the first point at which social results are reviewed formally.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, brand assets, the website and its files, and deliverables created by Company on behalf of Client remain the intellectual property of Client upon full payment. Client retains control of its domain and accounts throughout. Company retains the right to showcase work in portfolio, case studies and promotional materials unless Client provides written objection.

Refunds

Qinary Corporation does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Payment of any invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms.
